Qualifying is E Z -Bad Credit / Bankruptcy / 1099 Income / ITIN are welcome to Apply. Good rental history with no recent evictions or judgments from housing. Must earn 3 times the monthly in gross income with all applicants combined. No recent violent or drug related criminal activity showing on background. That is essentially it!
A Rent to Own or Lease Purchase home offers the option of LIVING in the home you are working toward owning. Make it your own by fixing it up just the way you want, or bring home the pets you’ve wanted with little to no restriction. No worries of landlord selling your home or telling you what to do. Work on getting bank finance over time all while living in and enjoying your home.
These homes are offered on an annually renewing lease with a separate 10 year option to purchase agreement. All the upfront funds are held towards the purchase of the home when you are ready to buy. At any point between year 2 and year 10 the option to purchase may be exercised. Take the time you need to work on credit, build bank relationship, and get in position to finance all while enjoying your home.
There are 2 ways to get inside, the first is to leave your first, last name, and email along with a cell number in the contact us section of this page. Be sure to indicate the home or homes you are interested in viewing.You will then be contacted and set up with our showing coordinator for weekly public show times that occur on Sundays. You will be prompted to complete a light questionnaire and preset times will be offered for you to select from. OR if you’d like a scheduled private viewing for you and your family we encourage you drive by, walk around, get up close, check out neighborhood and if you see yourself living there complete the free prescreen application. You will be scheduled for private appointment at your convenience.
